Summary: Support the development and implementation of highly targeted and effective brand partnerships, social media & PR/communications strategies for oil marketing company to strengthen brand reputation and drive brand awareness, engagement & growth.
- Research, identify and help management establish highly targeted & strategic brand partnerships.
- Assist management w/partnership negotiations for collaborations, co-branding opportunities, sponsorships & endorsements.
- Analyze and leverage data utilizing “R” and MS Office suite to provide insights to management to make informed decisions on potential brand partnerships.
- Implement joint marketing initiatives using content management tools.
- Research and assist Marketing/Brand/Social Media Manager/s develop and implement highly effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Use social media management platforms to schedule, automate, and track social media posts and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities using Sprout Social and other data analytics tools.
- Collaborate w/Creative team and use InDesign and other design and content creation software to develop engaging visuals, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media campaigns.
- Use content management tools to organize & manage social media content and generate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for social media platforms.
- Utilize MS SharePoint as a content management system (CMS) to plan, organize, and publish social media posts.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Identify and collaborate w/social media influencers and brand ambassadors using influencer management platforms.
- Measure success of social media campaigns, generate reports, and present findings to key stakeholders using data analytics, Sprout Social and other reporting tools.
- Organize and promote publicity events to explain products/services, learning workshops and other events to strengthen relationships with the public and consumers.
- Stay abreast relevant policies through research and analysis; inform management of relevant changes in policy and their implications; and make operational recommendations to management based upon research/findings.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science/related Social Science discipline and 6 months of experience in job offered or a related branding/social media/ marketing/market research/PR occupation.
